The Workforce Education Organization (WEO), a 501 (C) (3) entity, is an educational non-profit association that qualifies for grants (private and government) and donation funding.
 
Funding will support producing the first formal body of knowledge, training curriculum, and exam around workforce management and the systems that employers use to manage time and attendance. This world class certification will be fully accredited and supported by academic and industry research sponsored and coordinated by the WEO.
 
Our industry struggles with the significant gap in understanding by both employers and employees about the components of timekeeping, labor scheduling, attendance management, and labor analytics.  This isn’t just about the technology – but building a place for people to go to learn and prove the fundamentals of good workforce management.

It will be the goal of this certification to provide a high standard to which businesses can turn confidently and know that individuals possessing this certification can truly impact their bottom line by using workforce management systems, recognizing that any organization’s largest expense is employee compensation.
